As Mayor, I am committed to listening and exchanging new ideas as we look to helping our city grow. With the projected expansions of Micron in Clay, Fulton is uniquely positioned to experience significant growth and positive change. Most importantly, we will collaborate with and invest in the people we serve in the city. We want to make Fulton a city where people choose to live, work, raise families and visit.

2026 Oswego County Rabies Clinics dates and locations have been announced.
New Speed Limit
Beginning March 5, 2026, the speed limit on Hannibal Street from W. First St. South to W. 11th St. will be reduced from 30 MPH to 25 MPH.
