The City of Fulton Garbage and Refuse Division provides residential curbside collection of garbage, recyclables, and yard waste, as well as scheduled pickup of large trash items, metals, and electronics. The Division works proactively to reduce waste and to increase recycling in Fulton while demonstrating a commitment to sustainability in all areas of the operations.

SPECIAL ITEM TRASH PICKUP (Mondays only)
To schedule a Monday pickup please call the City Clerk’s office at 315-592-5390.
Any of these special items that are put out to the curb which are not scheduled for pickup will incur a charge which will be added to your water bill.
If you have an old/broken garbage can or container that you would like to have taken away with your trash collection, please place a note/sign on it to indicate that you would like it to be picked up (“please take me”).
Important Notice
The use of black bags for garbage is strictly prohibited. Residents must use clear or translucent bags for garbage.
