In celebration of its 10th anniversary, Fulton Block Builders has announced a special neighborhood grant to any and all past recipient groups for amounts between $1,000 and $10,000, said Linda Eagan, FBB founder.

“Any of the past recipient groups can propose a city enhancement to receive a grant,” Eagan said. “Things like gardens, city décor, Christmas celebrations, permanent lighting, commemorative signage, you name it. Five or more people from each block have to support the grant idea and the city of Fulton has to approve any projects proposed for city property.”

Since 2017, participating property owners have invested more than $5 million in exterior home improvements, said Tina Eusepi, FBB administrative director.

“This special grant will allow neighborhoods to build on their momentum and further beautify their neighborhoods and our city. The greatest gift I have received by being a part of this program is the chance to participate in the transformative changes that so many neighbors have achieved by working together and growing their pride,” she added.

Those interested in applying for 10th anniversary grants should go to www.fultonblockbuilders.com and click on the Pride Grants tab to download the application, Eusepi said.
