A Quiet Moment: A break From the Chaos We're inviting all artists to reflect on what brings them peace amid life’s challenges. Through this theme, individuals are encouraged to express their personal experiences with mental health and resilience through art, helping spark meaningful conversations across generations. Submissions are open to all students and residents of Oswego County aged 12 and up. All accepted submissions will be on display at the Art Scene at the CNY Arts Center located at 121 Cayuga St. Fulton, NY 13069 on April 10th, 2026 from 4:30pm-7:00pm. All artwork must follow guidelines and be submitted online for review and approval to the Oswego County Health Department by Friday, March 27, 2026. The deadline to drop off artwork to the health department so it can be properly displayed will be Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
